Welcome to aimazs.com. These Terms of Service govern the commercial relationship, website usage, OEM/ODM customization, and wholesale purchasing agreements between global clients and Zhongshan AIMA Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. (operating under the commercial brands AIMA and OTOJIA).

1. Commercial Sourcing & B2B Inquiry Terms

By accessing our website, requesting product specifications, or submitting inquiries for our commercial blenders, food slicers, or masticating slow juicers, you agree to comply with these terms:

• B2B Intent: Information provided on aimazs.com is intended for commercial equipment buyers, importers, distributors, restaurant owners, and wholesale contractors.
• Quotation Validity: All wholesale quotes and FOB/CIF container price estimates issued via email or form inquiries are subject to final proforma invoice (PI) confirmation and material cost fluctuations.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Custom OEM logo branding, multi-language packaging, and specific voltage configurations are subject to standard factory MOQ requirements (typically starting at 500 units per model).

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All content, technical diagrams, product photography, user manual documentation, and trademark logos on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Zhongshan AIMA Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd.:

• Trademarks: “AIMA” and “OTOJIA” are registered commercial trade brands. Unauthorized use of our logos, brand assets, or product imagery for third-party commercial reselling without written consent is strictly prohibited.
• OEM Client IP Protection: We respect our OEM partners’ proprietary rights. Custom client logos, private mold designs, and specialized packaging submitted to AIMA will remain confidential and protected under mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).

3. Manufacturing Standards, Quality Control, and Warranty

Zhongshan AIMA Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. maintains rigorous ISO9001 and 5S operational standards across our 3,000 m² Xiaolan manufacturing facility:

• International Certification: Commercial appliances produced by AIMA comply with international safety and electrical codes, carrying CE, CB, GS, and ETL marks as specified per order contract.
• Factory Quality Inspection: 100% of motor bases and electrical components undergo Hipot insulation testing, vibration analysis, and operational load testing prior to packaging.
• Commercial Warranty: Commercial equipment comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering core mechanical components (including pure copper motors and gear assemblies) under normal operating conditions.

4. Global Freight, Export Shipping, and Container Logistics

Export shipments arranged under FOB (Free On Board), CFR, or CIF terms are governed by standard Incoterms:

• Packaging Standards: Goods are packed in export-grade cartons with drop-tested high-density EPE foam lining to prevent transit damage.
• Customs Clearance: AIMA provides complete export documentation (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin). Importers are responsible for local import duties, VAT, and destination port clearance.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure that product specifications, container loading dimensions, and technical data on aimazs.com are accurate and up to date, Zhongshan AIMA Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper equipment operation, unapproved third-party modifications, or site downtime.
